IMPORTANT NOTES (Myths dispelled):
1 - Professional charges and expenses for a complete Estate Administration and Grant applications are paid out of the estate. You are not personally responsible for payment of fees.
2 - If a Will is simply held by the deceased's solicitor, there is no obligation to use the probate services of the solicitor. You do not even need to inform a different the solicitor that we are acting in the Estate, as we are able to obtain the original Will directly from them.
3 - To instruct Probate-Helper, all you need is to be the closest blood relation (or spouse) of the deceased, OR an Executor named in the last Will. If you have been told different to the above or you need further help or guidance please CONTACT US free of charge or obligation. |
