FREE WILL DRAFTING OFFER
You no doubt realise that leaving a Will makes life very much easier for those you care about. We realise that most people actually have fairly basic circumstances but still need a straightforward Will to avoid leaving confusion and possible problems behind. The bottom line is that if you don't write a Will, the Government will decide what happens to your property and money and you cannot specify who gets what.
We therefore offer an online Will Drafting Service whereby your Will is drafted by a specialist Lawyer and emailed to you with instructions on how to sign and witness it correctly to ensure it is legally binding. You will need access to a printer, a scanner (or fax). If you don't have a printer or scanner you will find these services at any Internet Cafe (or some public Libraries).
If you wish to appoint Probate-Helper (A.S.K Legal Services) as your Executor we will write your Will completely free of charge but our usual fees apply (after your death) to administer your Estate (see 'Executor Charges' above).
If you wish to choose your own Executor you can this service but a small charge of £39 plus VAT will be payable for a single Will (or £48 plus VAT for a pair of Mirror Joint Wills). Your Will is drafted by a expert Will Drafter personally, not a computer program and subject to being signed and witnessed correctly is legally binding. To use this service simply download our Will Questionnaire by clicking the link below and PRINT it ready for completion. The Free Will offer is not suitable for those with complex circumstances eg. farmers, business people, the need for Inheritance Tax planning. The service is designed to write a straightforward Will in the correct legal manner and legal terms to ensure that it can be processed by the Probate Registrar after your death without problems. With this service we offer no advice as to your individual circumstances and if you need legal advice you should seek this through us or a local Solicitor as chargeable advice covered by professional indemnity insurance in the usual way. However, as you progress through our online questionnaire we will offer advice if you do not understand any part of the Questionnaire and highlight any issues that you may need further advice on.
Close family members such as a spouse or child have a right to challenge a Will if they are excluded from a Will. If you intend excluding a close family member from your Will please contact us for further advice. CONTACT US Back to top
